Sole ownership of the complete onboarding flow for new and existing Niyo users across multiple partner banks and products.
Improved the onboarding funnel from 16% to 36% through design and product interventions.
Constantly monitored user feedback and funnels and addressed grievances. Brought down onboarding user queries in support chat from 13 per day to 0-2 per day.
